Yes. We bring everything needed to clean your home, so there’s nothing you need to provide unless you have a specific product you’d like us to use. Ask us about our eco-friendly cleaning products.

Most clients give us a key. Every key is coded and locked in a storage box that only Pacific Breeze management can access. Your key goes to your cleaners on the morning of your cleaning and is returned at the end of the day. If you’d rather not leave a key, just make sure someone is home to let us in. We usually give a 1 to 2 hour arrival window.

We suggest setting up a separate code just for our cleaning team.

Our goal is to send the same team every time, because it’s better for you and for our staff. Occasionally a cleaner may change due to illness, days off or vacation, so we can’t always guarantee it. Every cleaner is trained by us, so you get the same quality no matter who comes.

No. All Pacific Breeze Cleaning staff are covered by WorkSafeBC, so any work-related injury is covered.

We’ll do our best to fit your preferred time, though it isn’t always possible. We usually give you a 2 hour arrival window.

No. A quick tidy and pick-up before we arrive does save time and money, though.

Accidents are rare, but we’re fully insured. Our liability insurance covers accidental damage and breakage in your home.

Payment is due at each cleaning. We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, Visa and Mastercard.

Please give us 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule. Short-notice changes may include a service charge.
