Pacific Breeze provides cleaning service in the Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Cloverdale areas .

Yes.  We bring everything to clean your home.  There is no need for you to supply anything, unless there is something specific you want.  You can also can ask us about our environmentally friendly cleaning program.

Most clients give us a key. The keys are all coded and  locked up in a storage box to which only Pacific Breeze management has access to.  Your key is only given to the cleaners on your scheduled cleaning day in the morning and returned at the end of the day.   If you are unable to provide us with a key you would need to make sure you arranged to have someone at your house to let us in at the scheduled time.  We usually provide a 1 to 2 hour window of arrival.

We suggest that you program a separate code just for our cleaning company

Our goal is to send you the same cleaning team each time. It is a definite benefit to our clients and staff to send you the same cleaning team each time. Occasionally there may be a change in cleaners due to illness, day off, or vacation; therefore we can not always guarantee the same individual/team for each cleaning.    Pacific Breeze provides training to each of our employees so that we can assure you consistent cleaning from all of our cleaning staff.

Pacific Breeze Cleaning staff are all covered by WorkSafe BC, any work related injuries are covered.

We will try our absolute best to accommodate you with a specific time, although on some occasions this may not be possible.   We will usually give you a two hour window of when we will arrive at your home.

No. However it will save you time and money if you do a quick pick up and tidy before we arrive.

Pacific Breeze Cleaning has 2 million dollars liability insurance . It covers all accidental damages and breakage in your house .

We ask that you pay each time Pacific Breeze Cleaning comes to your home. We accept cheques, cash, e-transfers and Visa and Master Card.   

We ask that you give us 48 hours notice, so that we are able to adjust our schedule. You may be subject to a service charge if short notice is given.
